Mrs Trimby's Unicorn!!

Mrs Trimby's Unicorn!! 1

Good morning Marvellous Myrtles,

Look at my unicorn!  I am so proud of myself - I can draw!  I would love it if you posted your unicorn pictures to so that I can include them on this page.  Eleanor has had a bit of a stressful day with her work so not drawn her unicorn, I'm afraid.  She definitely has not had as much fun as I have today!

Remember, we break up for Easter today (Friday 3rd April) and return to school (probably still home school for a while) on Monday 20th April.  During this time, Mrs Webber and I will not be writing on the website every day, but will be checking in once a week.  To keep you busy over the holidays, I have been searching for some fun on-line activities and websites which I will include in the home learning section below.  Over the two weeks holiday, remember to read regularly and keep practising those times tables, but also make sure you have fun at home!

It feels like such a long time since I (Mrs Trimby) have seen you all :-(.  I do miss you so remember to email me pictures of work or fun things you have been up to.

In the afternoon there are many things that you could do:

  • We will post a fun science and topic task (currently Egyptians) each week.  The activities for this week are the ones I posted on Wednesday.
  • Turn your hand to some art or craft. There are some lovely draw-along activities at http://www.robbiddulph.com/draw-with-rob .  I understand new ones will be posed each week.
  • Play a game with a family member or learn a new song
