Applying for a place at school can be a little confusing and we hope this page will be of help...
There are four distinct phases for admissions:
- Entry to our afternoon playgroup provision called Acorns, for children who are 2 - 4 years old
- Entry to our Nursery Class for children who have turned 3 years old by the start of the academic year in September
- Entry to our Reception Class for children who have turned 4 years old by the start of the academic year in September (even if your child is already in our Nursery Class you will need to apply via the local authority for a place in our Reception Class)
- In year admissions from children once they have started statutory school either elsewhere in the UK or from abroad.

Looked after and previously looked after children
Children with an exceptional and professionally supported medical or social need
Siblings
Regular attendance at St Richard’s, St Andrew’s or St Peter’s churches
Regular attendance at another place of Christian worship
Distance
