UNICORN DAY

Another exciting day was had in Nursery, this time led by the children's interest in unicorns.

Children were invited to dress up, we had rainbow glittery messy play, unicorn designing and not to mention the party preparation! The children made edible paint and used this to make rainbow toast which they enjoyed at the party with the homemade bread from the previous day. This was enjoyed with our unicorn hot chocolate and the delicious unicorn cakes that a creative and talented mummy made for us. The star attraction of the day was the pony parlour...which transformed into a hairdressers...for the young and old alike!

SUPERTATO AND THE EVIL PEA

After returning from the Christmas break, there has been a lot of excitement in Pine Class. The Evil Pea has been up to no good, causing chaos and trouble in the supermarkets and the classroom! Father Christmas delivered us a whole set of Supertato book, by Sue Hendra, before Christmas and we have put them to good use!

We have been on (multiple) pea hunts, made wanted posters, dressed up as superheroes, created traps for the peas, trapped peas in jelly, taken part in the 'Supermarket games' and saved the vegetables and toys from the evil pea...to name a few things!
