THIS WEEK'S LEARNING 

 

English:

This week we will be finishing the final 2 chapters of our Varmints story. We will also be using figurative language to write poems. 

 

Maths:

In maths we will be applying our skills of addition and subtraction to solve problems. We will also be completing some topic assessments as well as a times table assessment. 

 

Big Picture:

We will be understanding crime and punishment in Anglo Saxon times (as requested by the children) as well as exploring the Sutton Hoo discovery. 

 

Science:

In Science we will bring all our learning together to create a new species of animal! 

 

Friday will be rainbow day and we will be making rainbow toast to eat and weaving using bright colours.
