Junior Choir

Children are auditioned and successful candidates form part of our choir that performs at local events such as Ham Fair, Richmond Christmas Lights Ceremony, O2 Young Voices festival and Prom Praise at the Albert Hall!

Congratulations to our choir for singing at the Young Voices concert 2023 at the O2 arena. With over 9000 other children, St Richard's choir enjoyed the amazing experience of being part of the largest school choir concerts in the world! Incredible performances by all the children involved.

Singing Festival 2023 

In March, the choir will be performing on stage at the Rose Theatre in Kingston upon Thames. There are four songs all schools participating will be learning and two for our local cluster. We will be performing along with Meadlands, The Russell and Strathmore singing 'Reach' by S club 7 and 'How far I'll go' from the film Moana. 

Rehearsal time is limited in school therefore please practice your words (and actions) at home as well. Below there are links to the backing tracks for the songs. Remember to practice the Makaton signs for 'How far I'll go' from Moana.
